More than Gators on the Boardwalk

 

Fishing and gator-watching galore

Edward Medard Regional Park is a haven for bird watching, fishing and gator watching. The boardwalk escorts you out to an excellent viewing spot, with fishing access points along the way.

Take your binoculars

On the far bank, along the water plants was a small gator getting some sun.

No small gator

This big guy made his appearance during several of our visits to this park. I was glad he stayed away from the entrance to the boardwalk!
